Extensions

Browser extensions are small software programs that can be installed in web browsers to add additional features or functionality. They are designed to enhance the browsing experience by providing additional functionality such as blocking ads, checking spelling, or providing security.

Browser extensions can be installed from the web store of the browser you are using, such as the Chrome Web Store or the Firefox Add-ons Marketplace. Once installed, they can be accessed and managed through the browser's settings or preferences menu.

Some common types of browser extensions include ad blockers, spell checkers, password managers, and privacy tools. There are also extensions that can customize the appearance of a webpage, such as themes or skins, and extensions that can add new features to social media sites or other online platforms.
